Now we couldn’t exactly compare it to a chinook or anything, but a curious warmth settled over Quest’s HQ this week as the Quest family held it’s 2024 Annual General Meeting – and it was the perfect company event backdrop for the over friendly, warm faces that made their way to the charming town of Oakville. Joining us over Zoom a little while later, over 100 overseas employees looked in to reflect on Quest’s achievements and progress over the year and to together chart the path forward!
*New* This Year Quest welcomed the team from Coleman Insights, the acquisition of the media research firm having closed just one month earlier, with the expertise and offering of Coleman Insights as a significant piece of the growth strategy conversations that dominated the day. Roddy Knowles (no need for an introduction there!) of dtect joined in the event as well and we were thrilled to have him speak to dtect’s industry influence the last 12 months. Quest’s Annual GM is much more than a simple townhall event – the conversations and celebrations were elevated in the evening at one of Toronto’s premier restaurants, Ce Soir, where Toronto’s top Mentalist Kevin Hamdan performed for our group.
As you may expect, the energy at the Quest AGM much resembles any of Quest’s events We enthusiastically tackled the big stuff, the important conversations around inevitable industry changes and embraced the fact that we could still manage to have fun while discussing serious topics. Quest Leadership was all initiative, taking the opportunity to recognize and thank team and individual contributions – there are many special, recognizable tenured employees. From successful internal project launches, to some truly bold decisions that have driven results for Quest to remain an industry leading sample provider, our commitment to excellence is never made clearer anywhere else. We have no problem saying it again: a big thank you to each and every one of our employees for your hard work and dedication!
Vision for the Future Looking ahead, Quest Leadership shared strategic goals and the vision for the upcoming months. With so many fresh opportunities, Quest is committed to maintaining the same level of excellence that has grown the company for the last 20 years, while also focusing on investment in technological enhancement internally and externally, unlocking the potential of our Supply infrastructure, expanding our business into the EU marketplaces and curating a truly powerful partnership with Coleman to offer more robust research services.
