Managing Partner
As Quest’s managing partner and over 25 years in the industry, Greg co-founded Quest to deliver a viable, trustworthy data collection and insights experience for brands and businesses alike. A passionate voice behind the need for the industry’s technological evolution, Greg’s vision and relentless drive to build Quest into one of the premier providers of quantitative sampling, online research and technology is only matched by the skill, professionalism and dedication of the best team in the business.
Joe Farrell
Managing Partner
Joe Farrell is Quest's Managing Partner and co-founder with 25+ years experience as a market researcher. A Brock University Business Graduate and having previously served in senior Operations positions at Acrobat Research, Joe's intuitive leadership and strategic experience has propelled Quest into the industry leader it is today, providing quality sample and data collection services to the top market research companies around the world.
Shamit Khosla
CFO
Shamit Khosla CPA CA, is an Operational Finance professional and has worked in a number of industries including, Healthcare, Internet, Information Technology, Wireless Technology, Retail and Distribution. For over 20 years, Shamit has helped and advised startup businesses to one of Canada’s largest organizations leverage their success in finance.
Dave Herrman
SVP of Operations
As Senior Vice President, Operations Dave's day to day mission is to infuse creativity and innovation into Quest's operational processes while still maintaining the consistency and cohesion that Quest clients have come to expect. To Dave, overcoming organizational challenges are rewarding, yet Quest's camaraderie and culture fostered within the company is what has made it his home for the last 10+ years.
Zachary Grashow
SVP of Sales
The foundation of Zach’s sales philosophy is based on trust and reliability. As SVP of Sales at Quest, Zachary Grashow takes great pride in creating, maintaining and growing Quest's extensive roster of clients and evolving business relationships. Zach's decade in MR makes him a pro at unique and value-added quantitive research solutions for just about any online target. Prior to his contributions in the industry, Zach has held leadership roles in pharmaceutical and event management.
Sam Yadav
SVP of International Operations
Sam Yadav brings over 16 years of operational and strategic experience in the market research and insights industry. As Quest's VP of Consumer Research, Sam oversees and is actively involved in all aspects of the Consumer Research Department along with Quest's IOPs (India Operations) division.
Sam holds a MBA with a specialization in Marketing Research and has served in various MR positions before joining the Quest team. Sam's passion for efficient business process implementation to guide successful project delivery teams has enabled significant growth in the personal and professional expertise of his teams.
Ben Coats
VP of Technology
With over 20 years of building industry-leading, first-to-market SaaS offerings and line-of-business enterprise applications across a myriad of industry verticals, including Identity Management and Healthcare, Ben Coats, Director of Technology, is a seasoned technical leader. At Quest, Ben manages the engineering team and spearheads on-going initiatives around Quest’s sample and security technology development.
Nicole Antic
Director of Business Operations
Nicole Antic holds a HBA from the University of Toronto and joined Quest in 2013. Her background experience includes administration, finance and accounting and account management. Nicole serves as Quest's Director of Business Operations and manages all aspects of Quest's organizational functions with the key role of keeping teams aligned to Quest's long term vision.
Kaitlyn Lee
Director of Operations
Kaitlyn holds a BAH from the University of Guelph and a post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Sheridan College. Having grown her career in market research and project management at Quest, Kaitlyn enjoys the challenges associated with managing high level-B2B projects with tough requirements and collaborating with her team members to accomplish the best of results. Kaitlyn is a strong leader and versatile member of the Quest Operations team.

Kyle Sofianek
Director of Operations
Kyle Sofianek graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with her MA in Literary and Cultural Studies. With a considerable background in Program Management in a variety of industries, Kyle can fuse structural documentation and accountability measures with a creative process that leaves her clients confident in her ability to produce outstanding results. Dedicated to helping her team meet the same success, Kyle firmly leads Quest’s Project Management teams.
Moneeza Ali
Director of Marketing
Moneeza Ali is a Graduate of the University of Toronto with post-graduate training in international business at Sheridan College. Having started her career in Market Research as a Project Manager in 2014, Moneeza Ali now serves as Director, Marketing at Quest. Her mandate is to grow the presence of Quest's corporate and panels brands along with engagement of the innovative technologies designed for quantitative researchers. Moneeza also plays a key role in planning marketing communications, brand evolution, internal marketing activities and manages a team of exceptional marketing pros.

Kyle Hope
Director, Partnerships and Supply
As Senior Project Director, Team Lead, Kyle has a knack for finding complete solutions for his clients and their toughest research goals. His focus is on helping high-leverage B2B researchers with panel supply for ad hoc and tracking studies, and strategizing on improved processes to facilitate increased sample rates and engagement as a whole. Kyle received his Bachelor of Commerce degree and has an Advanced Diploma in Marketing.
